North American Lean Benchmarking Tour Overview
Although it is an eye opening experience to visit Japan, the birthplace of Lean, it’s just as worthwhile to benchmark companies closer to home. North American companies have been trying to emulate the Toyota Production System (TPS) for many years. Today, there are many North American companies of all sizes that demonstrate best practices in the area of Lean. From manufacturing to service based organizations, you will see firsthand how companies have introduced Lean, in their quest for operational excellence.
